I’m Craig Otto, and alongside my wife Naomi, we are the proud owners of Majestic Integrated Property Solutions. Our journey in the building industry began over three decades ago, where I honed my skills as a carpenter and Naomi excelled as a Building Designer. We joined forces in 2001, creating a well-rounded team driven by a shared passion for construction and a commitment to excellence.
Ten years ago, we made Port Macquarie our home, drawn by the vibrant community, the close proximity to family and the opportunity to fill a gap in the local market. Over the past five years, we have successfully completed more than 50 projects, specialising in renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and extensions. We will schedule a site visit to assess the space and discuss your project in person. This meeting allows us to understand the specifics of your renovation or extension, and we will review our selections checklist to inform you about available materials and options. After the site visit, we will prepare a detailed pricing estimate based on your project requirements. This includes a thorough analysis of costs and timelines, ensuring you have a clear understanding of your investment. We pride ourselves on transparency, so you can expect regular updates throughout this phase.

Once the pricing estimate is finalised, we will arrange a face-to-face meeting to present the quote. We will walk you through each aspect of the detailed costings, allowing you to ask questions and address any concerns. Upon your approval of the quote, we will formalise the agreement by signing the contract. We will also establish a start date for your project and outline the next steps. This ensures that all parties are on the same page and ready to move forward.

This phase includes the mobilisation of our team, careful execution of the construction or renovation plans, and regular progress updates.
